Mosaic Moments has provided opportunities for individuals to take a tractor ride around the family farm, a fishing trip to the lake, attend a baseball game, complete a scrapbook for a granddaughter, and so many other experiences that have brought joy to the people in our care. Every smile and every dream realized is part of the mosaic of love and support woven into the care that we provide for people and their families.
